Conchita's, Grand Junction: Policy Beneficial to Business and Employees

Being smoke-free has been beneficial to my business and our employees.  Having a smoke-free restaurant has encouraged my employees to quit smoking. Now, only one employee out of fifteen smokes.  We're known for being a nice, clean restaurant.
