Six years ago, we chose to open our bakery-café without the hazards and problems associated with smoke. We’ve been growing well, and found several benefits being smoke-free.

? We do not have to create smoking section and negotiate seating with customers.

? We are protecting our customers from secondhand smoke.

? The lungs of children captive in a smoky restaurant don’t deserve the known risks.

? Dirty windows, carpet burns and cigarette mess are all reduced.

? Our customers can enjoy the smells and tastes of our cuisine much better.
