Jazz at Jacks, Denver: The Policy Has Not Hurt Our Night Club

I support a smoke-free restaurant ordinance.

Jazz @ Jack’s is smoke-free bar and entertainment venue, which opened in 1998. We have not permitted smoking inside the club for two years, and there has been no negative impact on our business. For the most part this has been received positively.

I feel that our smoke-free environment is an asset, because:

** It is more appealing in our intimate atmosphere.

** Our performers and staff members feel and perform better in this refreshing environment.

** There is no smell of yesterday’s stale cigarettes.
